Your tasks
- Prepare status reports, dashboards and steering committee materials
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs and action lists
- Support budget tracking and forecasting
- Prepare analyses and research for client proposals
Your profile
- Student in business, economics, engineering, IT, psychology or a related field
- Confident with Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured, reliable and curious
- Fluent German and English
- Interest in aerospace, defence or financial services

You run the operational heart of client programmes: planning, controlling, reporting and governance – so that programme leaders can lead. You work in regulated environments where accuracy and confidentiality matter.
Your tasks
- Set up and run the PMO for client programmes
- Project and portfolio controlling: budget, forecast, earned value
- Reporting to steering committees and management
- RAID, change and dependency management
- Vendor and subcontractor coordination
Your profile
- 2+ years in PMO, project management or project controlling
- Experience with MS Project, Jira or similar plus advanced Excel; Power BI a plus
- PRINCE2, PMP or IPMA a plus
- Fluent German (C1) and English
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense or Financial Services a strong plus
- For defence projects: readiness for German security vetting

Clearance readiness
For defence assignments: readiness for German security vetting is a plus.
